1) Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Just A Bible mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App. Just A Bible is developed and published by Siah Studios ("we," "us," or "our").

2) License Grant

We grant you a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, non-assignable, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the App. This license is strictly for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms.

3) App Store and Google Play Disclaimers

These Terms are between you and Siah Studios, not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. We are solely responsible for the App and its content.

• Apple Users: Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the App. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce these Terms against you.
• Google Users: Google is not responsible for the App and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for it.

4) In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App may include in-app purchases or subscriptions. All transactions are processed and managed by the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) and are subject to their respective terms and conditions. We do not process payments directly or have access to your credit card information.

Refunds: Because we do not process the transactions, we cannot issue refunds. Any refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google, depending on your device.

5) Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App.
• Use the App in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the App or interfere with any other party's use of the App.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any features that require an in-app purchase without paying the required fees.

6) Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Siah Studios makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the App or the information, content, or materials included in the App. To the full extent permissible by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Siah Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

8) Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
